No voy a fingir que te conozco, no dir\u00e9 que entiendo por lo que est\u00e1s pasando, porque no lo entiendo, solamente t\u00fa sabes cu\u00e1nto te duele, y por qu\u00e9 te duele. No te voy a juzgar por tus pensamientos, ni por tus sentimientos, est\u00e1s en tu derecho de pensar y sentirte as\u00ed, y si piensas que no hay otra salida, entender\u00e9 que tienes tus motivos. Pero aun as\u00ed, no te quiero dejar ir.
Incluso si no s\u00e9 tu nombre, si no hemos hablado nunca, si no te conozco, s\u00e9 que eres un ser maravilloso que tiene cientos de motivos por los cuales vivir, aunque en este momento no pueda verlos, o si los ve estos no parezcan tener importancia alguna. No creo que quieras morir de verdad, creo que s\u00f3lo quieres dejar de sufrir, y espero que pronto puedas ver que para dejar de sentir dolor y sufrir, no necesariamente tienes que morir.
S\u00e9 que ya te hartaste que nadie te tome en serio, que te digan que s\u00f3lo est\u00e1s exagerando, que est\u00e1s bien, que no tienes porqu\u00e9 sentirte as\u00ed; es demasiado frustrante no recibir ni un poco de empat\u00eda, que no te entiendan y te digan que s\u00f3lo te pongas feliz y ya, como si la felicidad fuera un bot\u00f3n que se puede prender y apagar a voluntad.
Si nadie m\u00e1s te lo dijo antes, yo te lo digo: Tienes toda la raz\u00f3n de sentirte deprimido(a), motivos para tener depresi\u00f3n no te faltan, y es comprensible que ahora la muerte parezca una amiga, pero yo no quiero que te vayas con ella, perd\u00f3name si te digo algo tonto o absurdo, no es algo que a una extra\u00f1a le corresponda decir, pero te pido que luches una vez m\u00e1s por ti.
No soy psic\u00f3loga, psiquiatra ni terapeuta, no soy nadie, pero creo que no necesitas a nadie para sanar, s\u00f3lo te necesitas a ti, y un antidepresivo que se llama arte.
