Pero no cualquiera tiene acceso a psiquiatras y medicinas, despu\u00e9s de todo, nos cuesta trabajo pedir ayuda porque nos estigmatizan, quiz\u00e1s nuestras familias ponen trabas porque temen que estemos &#8220;locos&#8221; o tomemos ese tipo de pastillas.<\/p><p>Ir al psiquiatra y tomar medicamentos tampoco es gratis, como siempre la sanidad depende de que tengamos dinero en la cartera; por no mencionar que vivimos en un pa\u00eds donde muchas veces los especialistas de la salud mental no est\u00e1n debidamente capacitados y no se dan abasto con toda la poblaci\u00f3n, y la escasez de medicamentos para la salud mental tampoco ayuda.<\/p><p>Los medicamentos psiqui\u00e1tricos, sin embargo, no son perfectos, son motivo de estigma, vienen con efectos secundarios algunas veces, oblig\u00e1ndote a probar diferentes tipos de pastillas hasta que una haga el efecto deseado.<\/p><p>No todos recibimos ayuda o pastillas cuando m\u00e1s las necesit\u00e1bamos, y tal vez t\u00fa que est\u00e1s leyendo esto sabes muy bien a qu\u00e9 me refiero con todo lo que digo.
